Option 1: Tele-health

Meeting with client's over voice using your landline or mobile phone.

Option 2: Virtual-health

Meeting with client's through the use of mobile applications, or web-based services.

Web-based Services:

  • Meet.google
  • On Call Health


Rates

30 minute - Check-ins or Consultation: $65

60 minute - Standard Session: $135.00

90 minute - Individual / Couples Session: $180.00

Payment

At the time of our session you’re welcome to either E-Transfer in advance to helper.jason@gmail.com OR provide your credit card information. I use Square to manually process most major credit cards.


*Cash or cheque are not accepted for online services.


Receipts are provided automatically for tax and insurances purposes with credit card transactions, and manual receipts are available upon request for E-transfers. 

Procedure

"Request for service & intake"

  • In your request for service kindly inform which medium-application-or web service you’d prefer to use, and which payment method you’ll be using. 
  • If you are a new client you’ll be asked to complete & return the intake form and “e-sign” an informed consent document.
  • At the session time you’ll be asked to either initiate the session via FaceTime; WhatsApp, or voice or follow a link to a “waiting room” for doxy.me, or On Call.
  • In your request for service kindly inform which medium-application-or web service you’d prefer to use, and which payment method you’ll be using. 

Preparedness

"Tips for a successful virtual therapy session"

  • Find a placement for your device where your face is completely visible; and the device is stable
  • Reset your WI-FI; ensure your signal strength is strong
  • Ensure that your device has no other applications or programs running that might use memory (RAM), interrupt the quality of the session, or constitute a privacy issue (cookies, tracking, analytics, security)
  • Ensure you are in a physical environment where you have privacy to express yourself in unregulated, honest, unfettered ways
  • Locate a comfortable place to sit Please have a note pad & pen or have an note pad application open to take notes with during the session
  • If you are using headphones, ensure they are connected to your device via a refreshed bluetooth connection, or physically jacked to your device
  • Ensure the light level is such that the display quality is not negatively effected
  • Please ensure your devices passwords, and or sensitive data are kept in a secure location
